Updated 17 October 2026. Wi-Fi prices are typical 2026 rates. Type your ship in the GigSky app before you pay.
Mein Schiff Wi-Fi. Mein Schiff PRO includes 350MB a person. PLUS includes 100MB. PUR includes none. A suite includes internet. On ships 1, 3, 4, 5, 6 and Relax, 1GB is about €25 and 10GB is €89. On ships 2, 7 and Flow, unlimited starts at €15 a day for one device. Buy ahead. The ship Wi-Fi stops at the gangway.
Do not assume the fare includes a week of Wi-Fi. On PRO you get 350MB a person for the whole trip. On PLUS you get 100MB. On PUR you get none. That pot is yours. You cannot hand the leftover to the person next to you. A few photos will finish 100MB. A video call will finish 350MB.
Then you buy more, and the ship matters. On Mein Schiff 1, 3, 4, 5, 6 and Relax the packs are pots of data, for up to three devices. About €25 for 1GB. About €89 for 10GB. About €130 for 25GB. A social pack is about €65. That one is posts and texts. It is not a video call. On Mein Schiff 2, 7 and Flow there is an unlimited pack. One device is about €15 a day. Two devices is about €25 a day. A week for one phone is about €105. A one-day unlimited pass on the ship is about €30.
A suite or a junior suite already includes internet. Look before you pay. Buy the extra pack before you sail, in Meine Reise. Buying on the ship costs more. The number on your booking is the one that counts. None of this walks off the ship.
Which ship, which pack
If your ticket says 1, 3, 4, 5, 6 or Relax, you are buying megabytes. 1GB is texts and a few photos. 10GB is a normal week if you are not watching films. 25GB is the heavy one.
If your ticket says 2, 7 or Flow, you can buy unlimited by the day. One phone. Do not buy seven one-day passes if the week rate is on the booking.
This is not Marella
Mein Schiff is the German fleet. Marella is the UK fleet. The packs are not the same. Type the ship name, not just “TUI”.
A Mediterranean week wants Cruise & Europe. A Caribbean week wants Cruise & Americas. If GigSky does not list the ship, stop. Maya is the backup, code ESIMTWEAKS10.
When ship Wi-Fi still wins
Use the free pot for a few texts. Buy 10GB if you will browse all week on a data-pot ship. Buy the €15 day rate only on ships 2, 7 and Flow, and only if you will be online every day.
When the Mein Schiff eSIM wins
You want WhatsApp all week and maps in port, without burning a 100MB pot. That is the Mein Schiff eSIM. Code ESIMDUDE is 10% off GigSky. It does not discount Mein Schiff packs.
